Unfortunately, you or Guest Services cannot amend a booking, the best thing to do is to cancel and refund your booking and then make a new one.

Subject to seat availability for the movie session you want to switch to, you can change a confirmed booking. However, this can be done only at the box office of the Novo Cinemas cineplex where the tickets were booked.
